The publication of the products on our site constitutes an invitation to the customer to formulate a purchase proposal and this proposal will have contractual value, once formulated it will entail complete knowledge and acceptance of the conditions present in the regulation set out below.

The contract will be considered concluded with the acceptance of the proposal by CornerChef.

The site offers products for sale both to users defined as "final consumers" and to subjects with a VAT number.

The images of the multimedia catalog, accompanying the technical data sheet of the products, may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics, as producers have the possibility to implement improvements to the product at any time without prior notice.

The actual finishes of the variants indicated in the product sheets may differ slightly in tone due to the video settings used by the customer.

Acceptance of sales conditions and general terms

The contract stipulated between CornerChef and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by CornerChef.
This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way after verification of the order by CornerChef.
By placing an order online, by phone or e-mail, the Customer declares to have read and fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below.
Purchase procedure
The customer can purchase the products sold in the electronic catalog on the website, as described in the relative technical information sheets or in the communications via email, also following contacts with the sales staff, who can send to the customer personalized quotes, including sales prices, transport prices, payment methods, items in order, delivery address and corresponding VAT.
The receipt of payment is confirmed by CornerChef by e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. Only once the payment has been received from the Customer, CornerChef will start the phases relating to the production / shipment of the goods.
Any notice of non-acceptance of the order due to unavailability of the product and / or delivery times longer than those indicated in the quote / product sheet, will be promptly communicated to the customer, by telephone or by e-mail.
Any changes to already confirmed orders cannot be guaranteed and will eventually be authorized by CornerChef based on the progress of production.

Shipping and delivery

Purchases made on are delivered, via national and international couriers, to the delivery address indicated in the order.

During the order process, CorneChef issues a suitable accompanying document for the material shipped (Transport Document) while the invoice will be sent to the email address previously communicated by the Customer. For the issue of these documents, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make changes to it.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods to the place of destination.
Any storage costs, due to deliveries beyond the terms previously indicated (48 hours from telephone notice) or due to repeated lack of response by the customer to the contact attempts made by the courier to arrange delivery, will be fully charged to the customer.
National and international couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, during normal working hours regulated and indicated by them and cannot be syndicated by CornerChef.
No responsibility can be charged to CornerChef due to delays in delivery attributable to the carrier in charge.
The products are packed with resistant materials suitable to ensure optimal protection during transport.
In case of receipt of goods that show evident tampering and / or breakage of the packaging, the customer must accept the goods with "RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING", describing personally and in detail the damage on all copies of the courier's delivery receipts.
Having ascertained the presence of damage caused by transport, the customer is required to report it to CornerChef within 5 (five) days of receipt of the goods by e-mail, complete with photographic documentation of the packaging and damaged goods.
The Customer who for any reason has not followed the aforementioned indications of this contract will not be able to claim any shortages or damages caused by the carrier.

Delivery time

CornerChef undertakes to respect the times indicated in the estimate, trying to anticipate them.

In no case can the delivery times be considered binding by the Customer towards the conclusion of the contract stipulated with CornerChef.

Delivery times can be checked at any time by the Customer with CornerChef operators by telephone or e-mail.

Terms of payment

By following the purchase path, the customer can select the following payment methods:
CREDIT CARD: in cases of purchase of goods with a credit card payment method, the credit card is charged at the same time as the online transaction is concluded. CornerChef reserves the right to request additional information from the customer, such as identification documents and / or proving ownership of the credit card used.
PAYPAL: PayPal is one of the most used payment systems in the world. By choosing this method you can make the payment through your personal PayPal account at the same time as the transaction is concluded.
BANK TRANSFER: the payment methods by advance bank transfer provide for the acceptance and validity of the order, only after payment has been made by the Customer and unequivocal receipt by CornerChef of the bank transfer. The data to carry out the transfer are communicated on the order confirmation page at the end of the online procedure or in the estimate sent to the Customer.The purpose of the transfer must include the order number, name and surname of the person concerned of the order and a copy of the accountant must be sent by email to

Guarantees and right of withdrawal

All products supplied by are guaranteed for 12 months from delivery against material or manufacturing defects. If, during the warranty period, one of our products should fail, the customer is required to call our telephone number and report the failure.
Damages caused by errors or discrepancies in installation or incorrect use of the machine are not guaranteed; in these cases the company assumes no responsibility for direct and indirect damages deriving from the conditions indicated above.
In the presence of a customer-final consumer (private entity), the right of withdrawal can be exercised according to current legislation. To exercise this right, the Customer is required, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, to inform CornerChef (Enter the name, geographical address and, if available, the telephone and fax number and the postal address e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail to declaring that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and indicating the order number, the invoice number, code and quantity of the items, if the withdrawal is partial (only in the case of the purchase of several items) or total and the bank details to obtain the refund transfer (Iban code of the invoice holder).
The goods must be returned intact in the original properly sealed packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, internal protections, external protection, wooden pallets and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, assembly equipment, etc.) to the address indicated by CornerChef by courier appointed by the Customer.
The shipping costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer.
CornerChef, after verifying the integrity of the goods, will proceed within 14 days from the return to the re-credit of the value of the product / s, withholding only the amount of shipping costs, additional services and any cash on delivery costs incurred for the delivery of the goods to the Customer and indicated in the accompanying invoice.
The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product.
The shipment for the return of the material, up to the proof of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.
In case of damage to the goods during the return transport, CornerChef will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return and at the same time the request for withdrawal and therefore for a refund will be canceled.
CornerChef is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by shipments not insured by the customer.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain available to the Customer for its collection at his expense.
The right of withdrawal can NOT be exercised in the case of supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
